1. OPENING HOURS & WALK-INS
The Beauty Boutique is open:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed
We accept walk-in appointments depending on the availability of our specialists.
2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
You can book an appointment:
– via our online booking system (Fresha)
– by phone at +44 1738 623587
– via Instagram or Facebook
Once booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation message.
All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
We may also require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your booking, especially for longer or high-demand services.
3. LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time. Please call us if you are running late.
4. REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost if done more than 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are only available if the service was prepaid or a deposit was made and the cancellation terms were respected.
5. PATCH TESTS
Certain services — such as lash lifts, brow tinting, and facial treatments — may require a patch test 24–48 hours in advance. We will inform you if this applies to your appointment.
6. CHILDREN & ACCOMPANIMENT
We welcome clients aged 12, accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We also allow companions to wait in the salon during appointments, space permitting.
7. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 2 months from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The salon currently does not offer multi-session passes or subscription services.
8. Salon Etiquette
We kindly ask all guests to:
– respect the calm and relaxing environment
– follow the courtesy signage available in the salon
– treat our staff and other clients with respect
If needed, our team will gently remind clients of these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer loyalty cards or member discounts at this time.
